So as you may or may not know of our sorted history, your fine SUperheroes of Sci-Fi Epic ROCK adventures Super GEek League were actually KICKED OFF the first show they performed in Boise Idaho for the 06 Vans Warped Tour. Apparently our antics and eccentricities were not well received by the "family oriented" rock event and its organizers. Yes the first set we played lasted a grand 15 minutes of sheer punk cirque rock emulsion as the audience took the liberty of tossing back all of the pleasant treats and surprises we bought to them that day... The suitcase filled with refreshing and quenching water balloons, the boxes of hostess twinkies and delicious cream filled cupcakes, the rotting DEAD fish that had been baking all day in the 100 degree sun... There is a buzz about SGLs epic performance last night from Bham to Mt Baker. All day I heard “that was fucking amazing!” from random people on the mountain. (All were employees) And now I am staying in a condo RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM WHERE WE ALL STAYED! I’m sure tomorrow will bring more praise for the machine that is SGL. So one story I heard a guy in rentals was outside befor work spinning in circles singing “Magic Land! Magic Land!” still fucked from the show! People want us to come back.
