We look to the heavens again....

Thus far our summer touring extravaganza has been nothing short of STELLAR, Surreal and MAGICAL. Thus far we have had the pleasure of playing 3 encore shows in 2 cities that never even heard of us or seen us perform before (amazing), sat backstage for our CD Release party in our own backyard building the anticipation with the crowd chanting "SGL! SGL ! SGL! SGL!" Rolling up to Portland and having the pleasure of meeting 2 legends Jim Rose and Jake the Snake Roberts and having the honor of touring with these guys performing perhaps the most interesting crowds we have ever seen in Coure D Alene, Portland and Seattle...

We stopped at a look out point along the gorge over looking the mighty Columbia river to drive golfballs into the river and being that the majority of us in SGL are golf fanatics, this was truly an awesome experience. I would have to say thought that watching Sammy the Dwarf pick up a driver that was way to long for him was quite the memorable site indeed. EVen Gail Force picked up a club to attempt to drive the ball into the River which was at least a quarter mile below!

The Jim Rose tour was most interesting in that not since Warped Tour have we had to travel and open for a headlining act which for SGL can be a major feat due to the size and grandiosity of our production. We knew we would bring our EPIC brand of overpowering performance to wherever and whomever we played, but the trick was to make sure we cleared the deck (the stage) in less then 15 minutes after our performance to let Jim and his crew do there show. As always, your fearless RAWK heroes completely RAWKED peoples faces off then methodically with surgical like precision struck the gear from the stage in less then 5 minutes FLAT. Not even you jokers rocking your 3 piece set can match that! Im sure Jim is missing us now as he continues the tour across the country!

Now we have always KNOWN that we are the next greatest rock act that has yet to be truly discovered but to hear it from the MAN whom has had the following RAWK gods open for his act (Rage Against the Machine, Tool, Marilyn Manson, Korn etc.) REMIND your up and coming RAWK legends of SGL to remember to let him open for us when we are FAMOUS... thats saying something about the nature, power and attractiveness of SUper Geek LEague. MOst people say, you should avoid too much bravado in writing about oneself in trying to keep it somewhat modest etc... well to quote my fellow detroit city rock legend Kid Rock, it aint braggin if you can back it up! And we most CERTAINLY can and WIILL no matter where or for who or when.... Super GEek LEague does it ALL!
